As a diaper company, we believe transparency is necessary when discussing which diapers to buy. Oftentimes, brands avoid disclosing certain ingredients, which hinders buyers from educating themselves on what to look out for. One of these ingredients is wood pulp—a fibrous material typically extracted from trees. While it may sound like a great resource to use, creating diapers with wood pulp actually poses the risk of exposing dioxins to babies. Additionally, harvesting wood pulp promotes deforestation, which makes the use of these renewable resources counterproductive in a sense. For these reasons, we suggest switching to tree free diapers—a sustainable way to preserve our natural resources whilst providing quality diapers for buyers. By making this switch, you’d be able to keep your babies away from harmful synthetics and keep our planet thriving. It’s a win-win!
